License grant
A Pro license grants access to Toolspring for the current major version. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Free remains available if Pro validation fails or the license is deactivated.
The product
Toolspring is a planned direct-download macOS app (not distributed through the App Store) so it can use Accessibility, macOS's built-in service manager (launchd), and cross-process access. It does not include cloud sync or remote monitoring.
Activation
Activation uses an installation label you choose, not a hardware serial number. The activation limit equals the number of Macs in your plan (1, 2, or 3). You can deactivate a Mac in Polar's customer portal to move a license to another machine.
Distribution
Signed and notarized distribution will be stated here only once the release checklist verifies it. Until then, download availability is pending.
